Ambassador Mulamula is a Visiting Scholar and Associate Director of the Institute for African Studies at the Elliott School of International Affairs, the George Washington University.
Her area of concentration is Women and Leadership in Africa, as well as political transitions in post- conflict countries of the Great Lakes Region of Africa.
She has been a long- term career diplomat with 35 years of experience in Tanzania Foreign Service before her retirement in April 2016.
